Its multifunctional features include universal portafilter holder for espresso, quick-connect canister for filter coffee and bag holder.
The ZM Plus features a minimum retention to allow for single doses. It boasts a digital grind adjustment system which allows the barista to control the distance between the burrs (in microns), so as to ensure that the grind setting is understandable, accurate and repeatable.
